We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers:

  • Valid for first-time premium subscriptions only
  • Request must be made within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Full refund of subscription fee
  • No questions asked

3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refundable within 7 days of purchase (first-time only)
  • After 7 days, subscription remains active until end of billing period
  • No partial month refunds

Annual Subscriptions

  • Refundable within 7 days of purchase (first-time only)
  • Prorated refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Must submit refund request with valid reason

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Subscription renewals (automatic or manual)

iOS App Store Subscriptions

  4. Request refund for the subscription

Android Play Store Subscriptions

  1. Refunds are handled by Google
  2. Go to play.google.com/store/account
  3. Find the subscription
  4. Request refund through Google's process

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Important: Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing, access continues until period ends
  • Refund: Returns money and may terminate access immediately

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings without requesting a refund.

8. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise:

  • Technical issues preventing service use (report within 48 hours)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges (immediate refund)
